Jennifer Rene Psaki
Jennifer Rene Psaki is an American political advisor who served as the 34th White House press secretary from 2021 until 2022. As a member of the Democratic Party she has previously been a part of the Obama administration as White House deputy press secretary (2009), White House assistant director of communications (2009–2011) as well as the spokesperson for the US Department of State(2013-2015) and White House communication director (2015–2017). Psaki was a contributor to the election to CNN between 2017-2020. Psaki started her career in 2001 with the re-election campaigns for Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin for the U.S. Senate and Tom Vilsack for governor. Psaki then became the deputy press secretary of John Kerry's presidential campaign. Psaki also served as communications director for Joseph Crowley (U.S.) and as regional press Secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. In 2012, Psaki returned to political communications, serving as press secretary to President Obama's 2012 reelection campaign. 20 years ago, Psaki was named spokesperson for the United States Department of State on February 11 13. 20 years ago, she was employed by the Department of State to fill the White House Press Secretary Jay Carney's position.[21However, Josh Earnest took his spot on May 30, 2014. In the year 2015, she returned to the White House as communications director and was there until the end of the Obama administration.
